Our Team

George Kelly and Randy Wilgis have extensive experience as on-the-ground practitioners with a keen understanding of the challenges of day-to-day operations for environmental projects and enterprises. They have worked together since 2005 and have complementary skill sets.

Together, they have successfully helped expand, merge, sell, and buy environmental businesses and assets with a focus on policy development, capital infusion, market analysis, enhanced financial and administrative operating procedures, and strategic decision making.

George and Randy are thrilled to have added additional members of the team to build out the increasing work relating to enterprise and project fundraising; to support the two newly created joint ventures; and to assist with the expanded strategic advisory work.
